Community Room Hire Guide
Community rooms at the Seabrook Community Centre may be hired for a one off event, private functions, meetings or on a regular basis for groups and activities. Special rates apply for Community groups & non-profit organisations.
Please contact the coordinator for information regarding availability, and a quote for hire to suit your needs.
It is advised you make an appointment to view the facility prior to confirming any booking. Please ensure you have read and understood hire guidelines and terms and conditions of hire.
The table below shows casual hire costs. Lower rates apply for regular users and not for profit groups. Contact the centre for further information.

Please note all casual hire events out of normal centre operating hours must hire both community rooms 1 and 2. Rooms and charges will not be split.
We include the usage of our trestle tables, chairs and kitchen facility in our hire charge
